The room was fabulous. It's location is about halfway to anything you want to do or see.

I don't feel the bellmen/concierge were friendly to those who did not speak Italian.

The staff were spectacular. Very attentive and extremely helpful. This hotel is definitely a true example of great customer service. Even though we were there in August and most restaurants are closed, the concierge was well informed as to where we should eat and helped us avoid many tourist traps. We travelled with our 3 year old son and nothing was too much trouble for them to do (food, travel cot etc..) The hotel's building is not modern (beautiful historic structure) so the rooms can not be defined as modern. However, all the facilities provided in the room are state of the art. The gym is great, and the location right on top of the Spanish steps is unrivalled. We will definitely be be staying here again on our next trip to Rome.

Hotel room is very small and dated. They charge for everything they can think of, no complimentary water was offered and this was to me quite unacceptable for a supposedly reputable hotel like this. Also, upon check-in, they tried to put me in a small dingy room at the back of a courtyard that resembles a chambermaid's lodge and told me all rooms are full. I only get a new room with better condition after I threaten to leave the hotel. Not a very pleasant experience altogether.

A-I liked the location for the Hotel was so close from the shopping area and Spanish steps B-The Concierge Services were wonderful

When i booked my room i read there are coffee machine and slippers.But when i came to the hotel there were'n any things....3 times i asked the reception to get the coffee machine ....About the Slippers i got it after two days of using the room

Front desk staff were absolutely charming and extremely helpful with bookings of restaurants and train tickets. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking and beats other nearby hotels such as the Eden and Intercontinental hands down. The deluxe room was beautifully furnished and in terms of location, the hotel is perfectly located 10 minutes from the Spanish Steps. One of the nicest places I have stayed in Italy.

We are back again for our 7th time , why ! the hotel Villa is in a great location and has that old charm look and feel about it , as you would expect when in Roma , most of all we have found the staff very helpfull and friendly , the hotel very clean and comfortable through out , along with great service on that roof top bar , all the things you would expect from a 5 star hotel , keep it up as we are back next year .

No complaints , but you cannot please all , as some people will always find faults .

The tray charge to deliver any thing to the room would be 11 euros which is very much expensive indeed !!
